Grilled Lobster with Garlic-Parsley Butter

  • 2 fresh lobsters, halved lengthwise

  • 1/2 cup 1 stick unsalted butter, softened

  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions:

Warm the grill up to a medium-high level


Put softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl


To make the garlic-parsley butter, mix it well


Put the lobster halves on the grill with the shell side down


Put the shrimp on the grill for five to six minutes, or until the shells turn bright red and the meat is fully cooked


Slowly turn the lobster pieces over and cover the meat with the garlic-parsley butter


Grill for another two to three minutes, until the butter melts and flavors the lobster meat

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans 15 oz each kidney beans, drained and rinsed

  • 1 onion, finely chopped

  • 2 tomatoes, chopped

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated

  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

In a pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat


Sprinkle in the cumin seeds and watch them pop


Add the ginger, garlic, and onions chopped


Saute onions until they turn a golden brown color


Add the chopped tomatoes and stir-fry until they become tender


Add the salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and coriander powder

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder

  • 1 ounce red food coloring

  • 3/4 teaspoon vinegar

  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 175F 350C


A 8x8-inch baking dish should be greased and floured


Butter and sugar should be mixed together in a medium-sized bowl until they are light and fluffy


Adding the eggs one at a time and mixing them in is the next step


Make a paste with cocoa powder and food coloring in a small bowl


Add to the butter mixture and mix well


Add the vinegar and stir


Mix the flour and salt together, and then add it slowly to the creamed mixture, mixing only until it's all mixed in


Add the chocolate chips and mix them in


Spread the batter out evenly in the pan that has been prepared


In a hot oven, bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean


Let it cool down before you cut it into squares

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup farro, cooked according to package instructions

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 cup cucumber, diced

  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped

  • 1/4 cup roasted almonds, chopped

  • 1/4 cup roasted garlic cloves

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400F 200C


Place garlic cloves on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and roast for 20 minutes or until golden brown and fragrant


In a large bowl, combine cooked farro, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, parsley, mint, and roasted almonds


In a small bowl, mash roasted garlic cloves with a fork
