Mexican Beef Burgers

These Mexican beef burgers are packed with flavor from jalapeño, cumin, and chili powder. They're juicy, spicy, and perfect for a delicious twist on traditional burgers.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 jalapeo pepper, seeded and minced

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp ground cumin

  • 1 tsp chili powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 4 hamburger buns

  • Sliced cheese optional

  • Lettuce, tomato, avocado for topping

Instructions:

In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, onion, garlic, jalapeo, breadcrumbs, egg, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined


Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a patty


Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat


Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached


Toast hamburger buns on the grill or in a skillet


Optional: Add sliced cheese to the patties during the last minute of cooking to melt


Assemble burgers with lettuce, tomato, avocado, and any other desired toppings on toasted buns


Serve hot and enjoy!

Delicious Crepe Recipe

Enjoy these tasty crepes that you made yourself. They're great for breakfast or dessert. They are very thin and soft, and you can fill them with many sweet or savory things.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions:

Put flour, eggs, milk, water, salt, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract in a blender


Mix the batter well until it's smooth and free of lumps


Put a nonstick skillet or crepe pan over medium-high heat and coat the bottom with a little butter or oil


Add a little batter to the middle of the hot pan, and then quickly tilt it in a circle to spread the batter out evenly and make a thin crepe


After one to two minutes of cooking, the edges should start to come off and the bottom should get a little brown


If you want the other side of the crepe to be golden brown, flip it over and cook for an extra minute or two


Take the crepe out of the pan and do it again with the rest of the batter


If the pan needs more butter or oil, add it


You can fill the crepes with Nutella, fresh berries, whipped cream, lemon juice and powdered sugar, or anything else you like


Serve them hot


Enjoy the crepes!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries

  • 1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate or chocolate chips

Instructions:

Set the oven temperature to 175C 350F


Use coconut oil to grease a 9-inch cake pan


Almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, nutmeg, cinnamon, and ginger should all be combined in a big bowl


Combine applesauce, eggs, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl


After adding the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, thoroughly mix them together


Add the chopped chocolate and cranberries and fold


After the cake pan is ready, pour the batter into it and spread it evenly


When a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, bake for 25 to 30 minutes


Take it out of the oven and allow it to cool in the pan for ten minutes, then move it to a wire rack to finish cooling


Cut into pieces and present
