Wedding Coffee Delight

This delicious coffee has the warmth of cinnamon, the sweetness of sugar, and the creaminess of a rich creamer. It will make your wedding coffee experience even better.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of coffee grounds

  • 1 cup of sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 1 cup of creamer

  • 1/2 cup of hot water

Instructions:

Use the coffee grounds and hot water to make two cups of strong coffee


In a bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon together while the coffee is hot


Pour the hot coffee into a carafe after it's been brewed


Add the sugar and cinnamon mixture and stir until it is completely mixed in


Mix the creamer in well after adding it


Use fancy coffee cups or mugs to serve


You could also have different kinds of tea for people who like that

Slow Cooker Ham and Cheese Soup

A comforting and creamy soup loaded with diced ham, potatoes, vegetables, and melted cheddar cheese, perfect for a cozy meal on a chilly day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb diced cooked ham

  • 4 cups diced potatoes

  • 1 cup diced onions

  • 1 cup diced carrots

  • 1 cup diced celery

  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Diced ham, potatoes, onions, carrots, celery, chicken broth, and garlic powder should all be put in a slow cooker


For 6 to 8 hours on low heat or 3 to 4 hours on high, cook until the vegetables are soft


Mix the heavy cream and flour together in a different bowl until the mixture is smooth


Add to the slow cooker in a stir


Shred the cheddar cheese and mix it in until it melts and is well mixed in


Add pepper and salt to taste


Keep cooking on low for another 15 to 30 minutes, until the soup gets thicker


Enjoy while hot!

Easy Gluten-Free Swedish Pancakes

These easy oven-baked Swedish pancakes are gluten-free and perfect for a delicious breakfast or brunch. They're light, fluffy, and can be customized with various toppings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour

  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 1/2 cups milk

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter or oil

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400F 200C


In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt


Add milk, eggs, and melted butter/oil to the dry ingredients


Whisk until smooth


Pour batter into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish


Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the pancake is set


Remove from oven and let cool slightly before slicing

Thai and Mexican flavors come together in these Thai Beef Tacos. The spicy and flavorful beef filling goes well with the fresh vegetables and cilantro. There's something new and tasty about this take on tacos.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1/2 cup Thai red curry paste

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce

  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger

  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper

  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

  • 8 small tortillas

  • Lime wedges for garnish

Instructions:

In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked


Add the minced garlic and ginger to the beef and saut for another 2 minutes


Stir in the Thai red curry paste, soy sauce, brown sugar, and fish sauce


Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently


Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 20 seconds


Assemble the tacos by spooning the beef mixture onto each tortilla

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole snapper about 2 lbs

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

  • 2 anchovy fillets, minced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • 1 lemon, sliced for garnish

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 400F 200C


Clean and scale the snapper, then pat dry with paper towels


In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced anchovies, minced garlic, chopped parsley, basil, and oregano


Season the inside and outside of the snapper generously with salt and black pepper


Stuff the cavity of the snapper with half of the herb butter mixture


Spread the remaining herb butter mixture over the surface of the snapper

Ingredients:

Instructions:

Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C


Put parchment paper on baking sheets


Mix the butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy


One egg at a time, beat in until everything is well mixed


Mix the flour, baking soda, and 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt together in a different bowl


Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until they are just combined


Add the toffee bits and chocolate chips and mix well


Drop rounded tablespoons of cookie dough onto the baking sheets that have been prepared


Add a few sea salt flakes to the top of each ball of cookie dough


After the oven is hot, bake for 9 to 11 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown


After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheets before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way down

Single-serving Vanilla Protein Waffle

This vanilla protein waffle is quick and easy to make, and it's great for a healthy breakfast or snack after a workout. With lots of protein, this waffle tastes great and tastes like vanilla.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder

  • 1/4 cup almond flour

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 large egg

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing

Instructions:

Vanilla protein powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt should all be mixed together in a bowl


Add the egg, almond milk, and vanilla extract to a different bowl and mix them together using a whisk


Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until everything is well mixed


Warm up your waffle iron and use cooking spray or oil to lightly coat it


Put the waffle batter on the waffle iron that has already been heated up and close the lid


It's done when it's golden brown and cooked all the way through after 3 to 4 minutes


Remove the waffle from the iron with care, and serve it hot


No need to: You can add your favorite things on top, like Greek yogurt, fresh berries, or a drizzle of honey

Boeuf Bourguignon

A classic French beef stew cooked slowly with red wine, bacon, mushrooms, and pearl onions until tender and flavorful.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs beef chuck, cut into 2-inch pieces

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 4 slices bacon, chopped

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 carrots, chopped

  • 2 stalks celery, chopped

  • 1 tbsp tomato paste

  • 2 cups red wine

  • 2 cups beef broth

  • 1 bay leaf

  • 1 tsp dried thyme

  • 1 lb pearl onions, peeled

  • 1 lb mushrooms, quartered

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

Season beef with salt and pepper


Heat olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat


Brown beef in batches until seared on all sides, then set aside


Add bacon to the Dutch oven and cook until crispy


Add onion, garlic, carrots, and celery


Cook until softened


Stir in tomato paste and cook for 1 minute


Return beef to the pot


Pour in red wine and beef broth


Add bay leaf and thyme


Bring to a simmer, then cover and cook for 2 hours, stirring occasionally


In a separate pan, melt butter and saut pearl onions and mushrooms until golden brown


Sprinkle flour over the onions and mushrooms


Cook for 1-2 minutes


Add onion and mushroom mixture to the Dutch oven


Cook for an additional 30 minutes, uncovered, until sauce thickens


Garnish with chopped parsley before serving
